History of Arley Hall

Originally scheduled was Idris Evans talking on “Drovers Routes through Wales and Whitley”.
This has been changed to a talk on the history of Arley Hall by Judy Popley.
Competition: Model or Photo of a Farm Animal

ACWW is now collecting broken cosmetic (not gold) jewellery, the beads will be recycled for use in the project. If you have any could you start to bring these items to the July and September meetings….. Bring your Bling!
Keep knitting your “twiddle muffs” or making soft toys...these will eventually be taken to an old folks home to bring warmth and comfort to dementia patients. Pat Gaskell is co-ordinating this project, so when finished can you let Pat have these. Any spare balls of wool or “twiddle” items? ..again bring them to the July meeting.
