The Cheshire Federation of WIs has about 200 WIs covering Cheshire, South Manchester, Warrington and Wirral.
The Federation is divided into smaller ‘Groups’ and Whitley is a member of the “Village Group” which includes Antrobus, Dutton, Halton Village, Moore & Daresbury, Runcorn Ferry Girls and Whitley.
Whitley President, Melanie Barber, became President of the Village Group in February 2023. Chris Jones is the Group representative for Whitley for 2024.
The Village Group organise two meetings per year and a spring lunch. These events are held at one of the group’s venues.
